Frequently asked questions
What are the core values of the school?
"Knowledge is worthless if it isn't shared": knowledge transmission is on of Alain Ducasse's core values.
When he created this cooking school in Paris his idea was to allow everyone to reach his know-how and his art of cooking until then exclusively reachable for professionals.
« Knowledge transmission is not simply about sharing for the love of sharing, it is most and for all a way to experiment the art of cooking. We need to open our doors to every non-professional cook. Allowing them to discover, feel, live and understand the backstage of all the delicious meals that come to the table. You cannot learn how to cook only by reading books. Cooking is something you live in practice. This school is full of experiences and know-how adapted to everyone's envies. »
